Our Guarantee

Our contract covers our health guarantee, puppy registration information, puppy pack information, and purchaser responsibilities. Our Contract is available upon request and must be signed and returned to us prior to your taking possession of the puppy or leaving deposit on puppy. Deposits

 We require a $350.00 or 1/4 of the purchase price deposit to "reserve a pick" of one of our puppies.  Once they are born each person will choose their puppy in the order the reservations were received. All picks must be made prior to the litter being 6 weeks old. At 6 weeks of age, we prefer to have at least half of the puppy purchase price paid. With the balance due in full, plus shipping costs by 8 weeks of age, at least 3 days prior to shipping date. Deposits are on a "first come, first serve basis". You can make your deposit using PAYPAL (cash or credit) over the internet. If you choose to mail it via USPS, we will not "hold" a puppy until deposit is received. We accept holding deposits in the form of cash, Wal-Mart moneygram, or credit card (via Paypal.com). We do not except personal checks at any time.

All Deposits are Non-Refundable. Please consider the purchase

carefully before paying a deposit. Our deposits are kept to

re-list or re-advertise puppies should someone change their mind. If we hold

a puppy for 8 weeks, and then have to start over with finding him or her

a home, it can be quite costly, and hurt the puppy's chances of finding a

home and family (as puppies can only be shipped for a short period

before they are too large)
